The Progressional Impairment Sword (P.I.S.)

This mod, born purely out of spite and boredom, adds one item: The XP Sword.

Note: This mod is undeniably Stupid, actively Barely Balanced, and overall Not Worth It. Proceed with caution (or, ideally, don't).

How it "Works":

Wielding this monstrosity turns standard combat into a game of XP Roulette. Every single hit on an enemy will grant the player a random, unpredictable amount of experience points—from a frustratingly small trickle to an immediate, unearned level surge.

But, because we believe in fairness (the unfair kind), the sword also includes a small, special chance to suddenly subtract a significant chunk of your current XP level just to keep you humble. It's the only sword that actively fights its wielder's progress.
